TiZeD #gettingworkdone

HELLLLO everybody. I honestly can not believe that it is already Monday again. Another week that just completely flew by! Why did it fly by, because we were too busy worry about the little things in the world that make time slow down :)

So this week we had a Baptism! His name was Allen and had been investigating for about 3 months now. So when we got here he was already ready! I just had the great pleasure of teaching him a flew times! An awesome experience and I know that he made the right choice!

Such a Sweet Baptism #tized #godsplan

So he actually came in contact with the church because of a member #gf :0 but hey, doing work through the members is the way to do it! This was not the only sweet experience I had this week working with members!

Just a nice selfie with a new Tie I bought #yolo

Yesterday during testimony meet, a lady got up to say that the missionaries came to her house for dinner 3 weeks ago and challenged her family to give away this Book of Mormon. She talked about how they prayed many times for a chance and it finally came. She bore her testimony on pray and the joy she felt when she was able to talk about the gospel. Member ALWAYS do the best missionary work :)

Also, this last Saturday we found out that a former investigator is moving back into a members home and the member said she is already ready to get baptized. SO that is SWEET! Wow, I feel like that is another blessing through working with these great members!

Last, we were going to over to hang out a recent converts house, she is cool. And help her move some stuff. Well she had a man there who was totally awesome. We talked with him for a good long time. Come to find out that he had been in a serious accident that paralyzed him from the waist down. He told us about his past life and cool stuff he has done!

This is just to give you an idea of the cool stuff that he has done :) that is him in a previous accident. but Anyways, We comes to find out that he actually did the flooring for the DC Temple and told us about how amazing the temple was and the time and money that was put into it. We told him a little about how it is the Lord's House and cool stuff like that. This was another great chance to share the gospel through the members.

These were not all of the stories of working with members this week, there were more :) but hey. Can't write them all. I love this work so much. I love the chances I get to meet awesome people everyday I am out here, and hopefully change some lives. I love the gospel and the peace it brings.  Thanks for all your prays, love, support, :) keep it up!

Miracles All Around

Check out this video. Sorry I got it up a week late! <3

What is up everybody, dang I just love emailing you all on  Mondays. Especially when I have a super good week :) 2 big stories I do need to tell!

As we were both shotgunned into this area. We are making our rounds in the ward trying to meet EVERYONE. We set a goal to visit every home on the ward roster by the end of the transfer! Well  a sweet experience happened when we were visiting the house of Paula. She lived down a long drive-way with tons of no trespassing signs. We were a little hesitant to go, but knew we were on the Lord's errand. Right as we knocked on the door she came out and just started crying. She was amazing. She bore her testimony to us and how she loves the church so much. She tells of that a while back one Sunday she didn't go because she was sick.... and hasn't been back since. She told us how she has such a strong desire to return and the strength that she has been praying for to return. Us being at her door at that time was a miracle. Also, because her mom has been against the church lately and she wasn't home. So the daughter was "able to talk frrely" haha. We were suppose to be there at that time. I love coming in contact with these type of people!

The second awesome miracle that happened this week was definitely a testimony builder that I am on the Lords errand. We got a call from a member in another ward to visit with some members that are currently living in an "extended stay". We felt some urgency with this request so we drove to find it. after we finally figured out where it was.... We found our self's outside with no way to get to them! There were 2 doors with security systems that we could not get through without a code. We tried calling them but the line was busy.... but we still felt like we needed to be there! We decided that in the mean time we will go help someone we say, that is like organizing their car. As we turned the corner we see a door slightly propped open, dang that was lucky! So we get through one layer of security :) and then head up the stairwell to find the next door we need to get through is slightly open! As we came to the room we knew that we were meant to be there!

I know that God has a hand in the missionary work and I love each time that I am able to see it!

Thank you all so much for your continued love and support! Plz Don't forget about me :) (: haha

#becauseofhim

Wow, Hey everybody! I can't believe that is already Monday again. I know I probably say that
a lot but hey.... Time is cray cray. Especially when you are having fun!

This mission is a blast and so is this area. Elder Terrill and I are continuing to BEAUTIFY this area. The members are awesome and we are trying to meet them all. We have really decided to work through the members. I love Elder Ballards talk from this past General Conference. FOLLOW-UP! Taking what President Gordon B. Hinckley said, " the best way to do the work is through the members ", and now with what Elder Ballard said. We are pushing forward with the work!

I love being in this area. The cool thing about being a missionary is that you have a huge area to cover, probably 10 thousand homes. And YOU have to find the ones that are prepared. We have had some great blessing find investigators not only through our own efforts, but through INSPIRATIONAL tracking.

With our hard work this week :) we have found a super solid Investigator. Her name is Ronda. She says she has tried all the churches, and has not found one for her. she committed to come to church in the coming weeks (when she doesn't work) But talking to her you get the feeling that she is solid. I am super excited to teach her more!

Something new I guess I will try. Got from another missionary: Tweets for the week

-Order 5 wings at B-Dubs and got 8 #soblessed #ontheloarderrand
-Listened to a members experience when she died. #weliveagain

Last, just wanted to promote the video the church wants to get viral. post it, tweet it, pin it, favorite.

Thank you all for you love and support :)
